Short Trip

The trip to ATX was a freaking blast! We started it off by rescuing a dog running across the streets bc of the fireworks. He was super scared! We found the owners after a few hours. To kill the time, we decided to throw a party and play skateboard pong. A way to shake things up a bit.

Skating was all day saturday and sunday, with a huge group of people. After skating in the Texas heat, we took a drip in the chilly greenbelt. It felt so damn good. I somehow got talked into swinging from a rope that was 10 feet in the air. Lets just say, next time Ill be doing a lot of push ups beforehand. #shallowrocks

Of course with every skate trip, it ends too short. I always have so much fun on skate trips, its so hard to go back. Its alright, because next weekend is our huge ladies trip from Houston to ATX. Theres about 6 of us going, so stay tuned to find out what adventures or trouble we got into .

GO SKATE DAY

Started Go Skate Day so freaking early, 4am! Got ready and headed over to Greg Noble's place so we can head to San Antonio. The ride down to SA was rad with Greg and Kameron, shenanigans doesnt describe what went down on this trip.

First stop was Insanity Boardshop to register for the race that morning. The race was held by Ehren Mohammadi, and went down with a few glitches. The race route was pretty rad neighborhood run, and quite fun!  Grabbed some grub afterwards before the slide jam started.

Slide jam was rad and hot as balls! So many ppl were trying to hit the Bombsquad ramp, Jargh and Dave were killin it!

At the end of the day we had to come back to Houston, which was lame. We were so exhausted after all that skating. A rad trip for sure.

GO SKATE DAY!
